IT Customer Engagement Analyst

Job Responsibilities

-Responsible for end-to-end IT services to internal customers within site, working within CX, also with projects, service delivery organizations, etc. to ensure one EMIT face to customer.
-Operate in the field to help increase business productivity.
-Advocate new technology/solutions introduced into the company and support MoC efforts to increase user adoption.
-Act as first-escalation point when customers flag operational issues with MSP.
-Support and enable differentiated services (telecom, LabLAN, industrial wireless) at site to ensure reliability and readiness.
-Coordinate with IT enablement project to deploy equipment in accordance to EMIT best practices. Steward local progress and provide feedback to project team.

Required Skills and Knowledge

-Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering
-2-3 years of IT work experience in manufacturing environment
-Good knowledge of IT in the operational / industrial environment
-Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
-Ability to work independently and self-motivate
-Customer focused
-Strong collaborative skills
-Vendor management

Preferable level of proficiency
-Infrastructure project experience
-Basic project management knowledge
