The goal of our internship is to provide each selected student a positive experience working in the energy industry.  The work, networking opportunities and overall experience is intended to paint a picture of what a career with ExxonMobil is like. Program Overview

The ExxonMobil internship program will provide the interns with hands-on experiences, networking, global exposure, and professional development opportunities. Interns will be assigned to perform specific projects or duties in one of the following main business areas and make a valuable contribution to the team:
•    Process Technical for Chemical Engineering Interns
•    Engineering for Chemical/Applied Chemical/Electrical Engineering Interns
•    Supply Chain for Industrial Engineering Interns

During the program, With the support of their supervisors, feedback will be given during performance review in and after the completion of the internship program.
Time Commitment

We understand that each applicant’s time commitment to internship varies, therefor our internship program this year allows certain flexibility with the following time requirements:
Typical of 40 work hours per week
Three months of internship during June - Aug
The Candidates We Are Looking For

Applicants who would like to apply for our summer intern program shall be students actively pursuing a master's degree in their penultimate year in Chemical Engineering, Applied Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
Record of strong academic performance
Willingness to take on challenging assignments and manage multiple projects and deadlines
Our target candidates shall possess strong intellectual depth, teamwork spirit, coupled with analytical and interpersonal skills.
Applicants must be able to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English.
