Job Role Responsibilities

•Provide design input and review on ExxonMobil Huizhou Chemical Complex (HCC) firefighting related facilities engineering work. 
•Support firefighting related facilities construction quality check as needed.
•Prepare and participate firefighting related facilities commissioning and start up.
•Coordinate interfaces with Government agencies and external stakeholders on firefighting related regulatory compliance and permitting issues for HCC
•Help the firefighting and security organization and operating philosophy development and design to ensure the capability to effectively manage HCC fires and gas prevention.
•Responsible for firefighting team recruitment.
•Responsible for team firefighting and emergency rescue competency buildup and improvement.
•Set safety culture and oversee the safety of all direct reports. 
•Help the development of HCC emergency response / preparedness programs and other necessary systems /tools to ensure all work meet regulatory and EM requirements.
•Ensure all firefighting equipment and vehicles are purchased right, operational and well maintained.

Required Skills and Knowledge

•College degree or above in Engineering / Science / Safety
•10+ working experience in petrochemical industry and
•5+ years in firefighting or equivalent area.
•Experience in petrochemical complex initial startup is an advantage
•Experience in international projects, MNC or JV is an advantage.
•Basic English reading and writing skills.
