Job Role Summary

 • Applies planning logic, such as, lead, lag, critical path and milestones. Is aware of the limitation associated with working in units in operation.
 • Demonstrates good leadership skills in Work Team meetings to remove barriers and steward action items and cost profile to work plan and cost estimates.
 • Applies advanced functions of Planning & Estimating Tools.
 • Plans site execution work and develops resource plan with Scheduler, Construction lead, and Operations across all disciplines.
 • Provides input to site execution Contracting/Procurement strategy and stewards to that plan.
 • Identifies execution risks and able to organize and lead risk analyses meetings and kick-off meetings for complex jobs. Assures a timely and accurate job pack handover to 
construction coordinators.
 • Does material, services and purchase order coordination based on the SAP work processes. Coordinates reservation of material in the warehouse, requisitioning of 
material and contractor services and expediting on long delivery materials.
 • Plan, estimate, and track Field Order Changes (FCO's).

Job Role Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering from a recognized university
• Demonstrated construction experience in the Oil and Gas and/or Petro-Chemical industries
• Work experience in reviewing, understanding and planning work using construction metrics such as construction schedules, progress reports, craft manpower analysis, 
material availability, etc.
• Work experience in planning construction sequencing and activities during engineering phase, interfacing with engineering and porucement to incorporate construction 
plans, constructability concerns etc. 
• Good understanding of safety, health, and environmental (SHE) requirements, work selection criteria, work planning , norms estimating, procurement practices, business 
practices, and controls, contractors interface awareness, development of qualitative job packs (including detailed work steps, identification of needed contractor scope 
and manpower, cost estimate, material list, inspection requirements, operational procedures and P&ID's) , etc.
• Able to articulate technical issues to a non-technical audience
• Competent skill levels in Primavera, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI (Basics), Workface Planning Software (Basics), and the 3D model review tools like NavisWork, 
SmartPlant Review etc.
