Job Role Summary

  • Drive longer-term equipment availability and cost management through development of the Annual Maintenance Plan and TA worklists for the business team
  • Deliver longer-term unit reliability and cost objectives by driving bad actor resolution, effective development and implementation of Equipment Strategies, and reliability performance improvement activities, prioritized in support of the business team�s objectives
  • Act as Business Team conscience to ensure reliability decisions are made consistent with unit�s long term reliability and cost objectives
  • Support short-term equipment availability and cost management through coaching other business team members on proper risk screening, financial risk management and analyzing business team maintenance budget to ensure cost management.
  • Provide interface with Engineering or Maintenance, as needed, to ensure effective Business Team support is provided

Job Role Responsibilities

  • Business Team member responsible for driving Reliability/Cost objectives and supporting unit/equipment availability. This individual may also serve as the Engineering Interface or Maintenance Interface for the Business Team.
  • Able to effectively apply the systems and tools required to influence the Business Team and drive effectiveness and longer-term reliability for the Business Team in the following areas: Long Range Plan, Annual Maintenance Plan and TA Work selection, Performance Improvement and Incident Investigation, Equipment Strategies, Risk Management/Work Selection and Execution
