About Houston
ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

What role you will play in our team
ExxonMobil is seeking a dynamic and strategic Americas Retail Fuels Brand Advisor to join our Americas Retail Fuels Marketing team. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing brand strategies that drive customer engagement, loyalty, and growth across the Americas region. Based at the ExxonMobil Houston Campus in Spring, Texas, you will work at the heart of our operations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to elevate the Exxon, Mobil, and Esso brands in a competitive retail fuels landscape.

What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication, brand, and research plans to support business objectives across the Americas.
- Ensure data-driven decision making by leveraging consumer insights, market research, and performance analytics.
- Collaborate closely with external agencies and a Managed Service Provider (MSP) to deliver high-quality, on-brand marketing initiatives.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and alignment with strategic priorities.
- Support the execution of brand programs across retail channels, including digital, in-store, and experiential marketing.
- Maintain brand governance and ensure alignment with global brand standards and guidelines.
- Monitor and report on brand performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, fostering strong relationships with regional business teams and partners.
About you
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Commerce, or a related field (required).
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or communications (agency or client side).
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Passion for brand building and customer-centric marketing.
Preferred Qualifications/ Experience:
- Experience in the energy, retail, or consumer goods sectors is an asset.
