What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions, primarily focused on Generative AI applications for Sales and Marketing use cases.

• Operationalize AI/ML models, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.

• Build and deploy chatbots capable of interacting with diverse data sources and providing insightful information to users.

• Develop and implement solutions involving orchestration of multiple AI agents to achieve complex tasks.

• Contribute to the advising on choice of, development and maintenance of knowledge graphs and ontologies to enhance AI capabilities.

• Design and implement simple user interfaces for AI/ML applications.

• Build and deploy Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) based architectures for information retrieval and knowledge integration.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to ExxonMobil team members.

• Collaborate effectively with the ExxonMobil team lead to align on project priorities, strategy, and design.

What role you will play in the team

• Work on complex AI use cases from ideation and discovery to deployment and sustainment as part of an integrated enterprise level teams

• Work with principal data scientists to enrich the organizational capability in GenAI area

• Provide consultancy and technical assistance to main business teams to drive impactful decisions

About You

Skills/Qualifications

• Extensive experience in building and deploying AI/ML solutions, with a strong emphasis on Generative AI.

• Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications.

• Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including both traditional and advanced techniques.

• Proven ability to develop and deploy chatbots that interact with data sources.

• Experience with agent orchestration and building multi-agent systems.

• Solid understanding of knowledge graphs, ontologies, and semantic technologies.

• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Databricks, Azure managed NLP services, and OCR technologies.

• Proficiency in building simple user interfaces and RAG-based architectures.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• PhD or Masters of Science in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics or related field with expertise in language modeling

Preferred Knowledge/Skills

• Experience in the energy industry or Sales and Marketing domain.
