Commercial Portfolio Manager

Job Role Summary

The Commercial Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing a commercial portfolio in the United States and Americas South (US/AS) region.  This includes developing proactive and progressive general interest strategies and recommendations for property divestment.

Job Role Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact with the business
  • Develop and maintain site-specific commercial plans and strategies including maintenance, security, remediation, demolition, and reclamation
  • Prepare economic analysis to support site disposition
  • Collaborate with support function to develop strategies for negotiations with local authorities and potential buyers
  • Prepare, steward, and obtain endorsement of property transfer and property disposition strategies

Position Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required
  • A minimum of 3 years of prior relevant work experience
  • Working knowledge of real estate
  • Project management, commercial, and/or negotiation experience
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop successful working relationships with emphasis on collaboration in an integrated project team environment
  • Effective negotiation, advocacy, and influencing skills
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Work, Power Point, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Sound business judgment and ability to make timely decisions
  • Available for periodic travel
