Key Responsibilities

- Develop business plans to profitably grow the business
- Own & steward all customer, distributor, channel relationship and account for the assigned sector/territory
- Manage sales pipeline health and performance (execution review, coaching)
- Execute marketing offers to maximize revenue generation
- Execute sales initiatives and priorities consistent with business plans and objectives
- Decide tactical customer and channel (distributor, channel partner, etc) price
- Manages commercial risk (e.g. deal evaluation, contract negotiation, execution)
- Collect and act on market and competitive intelligence
- Develop sales force capability of sales partners such as distributors in the effective implementation of marketing programs and sales initiatives
- Steward credit performance of customers
- Take responsibility for ensuring compliance with company guidelines and policies related to Safety, Health, Environment, Security and Business Controls

Required Skills and Knowledge

- Bachelor or Master degree in engineering or business
- Good commercial acumen
- Self-motivated, strong initiative and a desire to succeed
- Customer back focus mindset
- 2-5 years of experience in technical sales
- Experience in distributor management, and automobile or related industries a plus
- Good sense of business ethics
- Good command of spoken/written English
