Job Description

  • Work closely with Technology and Marketing functions in application based teams
  • Own sales accounts, develop close relationship with customers, and deliver targeted sales results
  • Solicit and process sales orders; optimize between volume and margin based on business priorities
  • Prospect new sales opportunities in a B-to-B business environment
  • Introduce new and differentiated product solutions to enable business growth
  • Collect and analyze market information and provide feedback to the team
  • Contribute as a member of regional or global teams


  • 5+ years of sales in chemical industry
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science or Engineering 
  • Fluent in English (both verbal and written) with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High integrity standards, positive attitude, and business acumen
  • Self motivated; able to work independently and as a team player
  • Open to frequent travel domestically
