Job Role Summary


Support Guyana wells activity business analysis, reporting and controls activities. Interface with Wells Management and various other internal business functions.  

Job Role Responsibilities


  • Lead Financial Stewardship Reviews

  • Participate in the review of the cost allocation methodologies

  • Assist with External and Internal audits 

  • Prepare and present Quarterly Scorecards

  • Prepare journal entries and monitor Purchase Order spend

  • Provide input in accrual calculations

  • Support Requisitioning and Invoicing Process

  • Troubleshoot miscellaneous issues that may arise

  • Work closely with various global support groups

Education and experience


  • An equivalent of a Bachelor´s degree  (completion of ACCA certification is acceptable; 4-year college degree preferred)
  • Cost tracking, planning and stewardship experience

Core competencies


  • Good interpersonal, written and communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word,  Excel; PowerPoint; Outlook

  • Adaptability to changing priorities and time constraints

  • Work well in a team based environment

  • Safety, Security and Controls awareness

  • Decision making and business judgment
