What role you will play in our team
The Facilities Operations Advisor provides support and expertise to the ExxonMobil Guyana Limited Ogle Office Buildings’ operating teams. Expertise in specific building management systems, processes and procedures, technical matters, and equipment. Demonstrates expert operations, logistics and/or maintenance skills; ability to influence without authority and interacts effectively across multiple facility operation, projects and commercial organizations, with management contractors and business clients.
What you will do
- Implements/stewards' operations and maintenance of building and facilities in support of business.
- Provides technical support, expertise and coordination of Safety, OIMS and audit preparation.
- Provides technical support, expertise and coordination of risk assessments, incident investigation and conceptual and project studies.
- Ability to support ESG teams during situational and operational upsets
- Planning and working with multiple stakeholders for start-up operations
- Oversees/stewards 3rd party contractors providing facility operations services
- Stewards technical management of facility systems which include: Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC), electrical distribution, fire safety, potable water, wastewater etc. Reviews and conducts analysis of operational data for trends/ opportunities to improve maintenance both planned and reactive resulting in optimum value.
- Drives coordination of cost management, efficient facility operations and improvement plans.
- Supports facility operating teams troubleshooting complex issues and may provide facility operations, logistics, minor projects and maintenance assistance during peak periods
- Participates in cross-functional initiatives.
- Creates and shares Best Practices. Provides feedback for enhancement

- Ability to make sound decisions
Preferred Qualifications / Experience
- Project Management and or Facilities Management experience
- Prefer 5-7 years of experience
