What role you will play in our team

 

The Crude Lifting Analyst will provide overall coordination and administration of EMGL offloading programs at each FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading vessel).

What you will do

 

  • Provide comprehensive support to lifting operations including scheduling, strategy, engagements with key stakeholders and reporting
  • Provide tanker lifting support:
  • Coordinate required documentation and information exchange for each offload operation
  • Coordinate the required government notifications for liftings and ensure timely submission
  • Coordinate logistical arrangements to ensure all required personnel are identified, approved and organized to travel offshore to support lifting activities
  • Prepare and track all demurrage, quantity and quality claims
  • Backfill Crude Lifting Supervisor 

About you

 

Skills and Qualifications
 

  • University Degree in Business, Science, Engineering or Logistics
  • Nautical / Marine experience desirable
  • 3+ years of industry experience desirable
  • Experience with shipping company, shipping agent, customs broker or other logistics industry
  • Experience interfacing with government institutions
  • Experience interpreting and applying regulations
  • Knowledge of production operations, tanker operations, marine commercial documentation and demurrage calculations

  • Good reading comprehension skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Takes initiative
  • Skilled in use of Microsoft Office suite of programs
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Effectively interacts in office and field environments
