What role you will play in our team

 

Loyalty & Partnerships Advisor, Esso Retail Fuels (UK) - We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Loyalty & Partnerships Advisor to lead and grow our loyalty initiatives within the UK Retail Fuels business. This is an exciting opportunity to manage high-profile loyalty programmes and partnerships, and deliver innovative solutions that drive customer engagement and business growth.

 

Location: Fawley Refinery, Southampton

 

What you will do

 

  • Own and manage loyalty partnerships with leading UK household name providers, ensuring strong collaboration and mutual growth.
  • Deliver value through strategic planning, innovative thinking, and effective relationship management.
  • Manage budgets and contractual agreements to ensure compliance and enhance ROI.
  • Analyse campaign performance and customer insights to optimise and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Work closely with our integrated marketing agency team to shape future loyalty campaigns and ensure flawless execution.
  • Liaise and co-ordinate with technical teams and customer care to ensure loyalty platform delivery, seamless integration, and an excellent customer experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and Esso branded wholesalers to align loyalty initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Develop and execute loyalty strategies that enhance customer engagement and deliver measurable business results.

 

About you

 

  • Relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience in loyalty program management, marketing partnerships, or related MarCom activities.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and manage multiple internal and external interfaces.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, combined with creativity and a passion for innovation.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
