What would you be doing?


The programme is designed to give you the tools and opportunity to establish your own career path in various senior Human Resources positions and allow you to explore, gaining further professional knowledge  such as through obtaining chartership with the CIPD., 

Your first role will depend on your experience, but responsibilities could include:

  • Proactively partnering with the business  to develop and deliver people strategies in support of our ambition to achieve net zero in all our operations by 2050
  • Working with the business on strategic workforce planning 
  • Providing guidance on employee relations matters
  • Working closely with the business to Implement change management best practices 
  • Supporting supervisors through coaching, team effectiveness, staffing discussions and the performance assessment process.


What are we looking for?


To be eligible for this role, you must:

  • Have at least a 2:1 (or equivalent) degree 
  • Be graduating in 2023, or have graduated in the last 3 years
  • Be able to demonstrate a broad range of personal effectiveness and leadership skills, with the ability to facilitate and influence business decisions in a team environment
  • Be motivated to continue your professional development 
  • Relevant work experience would be advantageous, but is not essential.
