Job Role Summary

Plan, organize and implement purchase of equipment, supplies, and parts for Aircraft Operations in Dallas and Houston and assist with aviation-related purchases worldwide for Aviation Services. Conduct activities in strict compliance with ExxonMobil's safety, controls and integrity policies.

Job Role Responsibilities

Plan, organize and implement purchase of equipment, supplies, and parts for Aircraft Operations in Dallas and Houston, and assist with aviation-related purchases worldwide for Aviation Services.

  • Responsible for management of capital accounts, including aircraft spare parts, hangar capital equipment, aviation office and computer capital accounts.
  • Aids / assists in Accounts Payable with invoice coding and budgetary planning
  • Ship aircraft parts globally on an as-needed, real time basis; assisting with Custom requirements on parts imported or exported
  • Maintain capital inventory; order materials and aircraft spare parts on a timely basis for scheduled maintenance

Responsible to maintain Purchase Order log and files. 

  • Maintain and input aircraft spare parts into Flight Operations System database. 
  • Code maintenance invoices for payment, cross checking against purchase orders and purchase authority.
  • Serve as primary contact for contracts and blanket purchase orders for aircraft operations relating to equipment and supplies.

Management of the Inventory system to include capital aircraft, capital and non-capital aircraft spare parts:

  • Aid in Computerized Aircraft Maintenance Program (CAMP).  Must purchase parts from reliable vendors of aircraft spare parts that are airworthy.
  • Aid in preparation and stewardship of maintenance and capital budgets for Aviation organization. 
  • Serve as Aviation representative for contracts, procures field services contracts.

Liaison with Corporate Procurement for continuing Services Agreements. 

 

 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of Associates Degree required; bacheolors degree in Business Administration desirable
  • Purchasing experience and minor knowledge of Federal Air Regulations
  • Have the ability to work independently, strong attention to detail, and hold self to high ethical standards
