Job Role Summary

Identity & Access Management Development and Support

Job Role Responsibilities

•Development responsibilities may include:
oDevelop applications based on an internally defined architecture and software development best practices
oMaintain source code, source documentation, and version control
oCode and debug internally developed applications
oDevelop plug-in modules to third party software
oFollow and enhance Agile development methodology and processes
oWorking directly with developers and product managers to conceptualize, build, test and realize products
oGather requirements around functionality and translate those requirements into elegant technical solutions
oCreate compelling user interfaces and experiences
oOptimize performance

•Support responsibilities may include:
oCollaborate with vendors to integrate third party software into a corporate computing environment
oInstall, configure, and deploy software which may include:
oConfigure shared services (web, database, license, etc)
oCoordinate testing and troubleshooting with domain experts
oDevelop scripts to deliver applications

•General support responsibilities include:
oReviews with application and user support contacts to update application documentation
oCollaborate within a global IT organization to resolve issues
oCoordinate and communicate with team members throughout the software development and support cycles
oEnsure change management procedures are followed
oAssess and mitigate application security exposures
