In this opportunity, we are looking for a Unified Communication Analyst, who will provide operational support, technical issues resolution & consultation and system administration of the Skype for Business and Zoom infrastructure (voice & messaging).

Job Role Responsibilities

 

  • Processing of day to day operational tasks and requests for Skype and Zoom services.
  • Support Best Practices as required in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Follow Problem, Incident and Change Management Guidelines.

Expected Level of Proficiency

Primary skill set (3 mandatory technical skills):

  • Technical knowledge & demonstrated expertise in the major functions and features of software and hardware infrastructure for Skype For Business.
  • Experience in supporting Voice Service technologies (IVR, etc.).
  • Analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

 

Nice to Have skill set:

  • Scripting (e.g. PowerShell) and process automation experience.
  • Skills in Desktop, Network technologies including QoS, MPLS, VPN, etc.

 

Soft skill set:

  • Proficient in English (Verbal & Written).
  • Good communications skills capable of translating technical information into simple terms.
  • Team player and able to work in global team.
