Job Role Summary

•Portal Applications Support Data Management (Organization Management & Personal Administration) GEDA (Global Employee Direct Access)
•GSF (Global Smart Form)
•MDA (Manager Direct Access)
•Portal Tools (Nakisa, SAPWHE, ESS, MSS), Interfaces (ALE), eDoAG, SDLM and Other SAP Technical tools e.g. Transfer tools, Ad-Hoc query, Arinso Query, LSMW.

Job Role Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
•Lead small work items and/or project
•Look for operations/process improvement
•Work with Global HR manager Interact with a global team (Houston, Bangkok and Curitiba).
•Coordinate with business for requirement gathering and be a testing coordinator (unit testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing).
•Ensure security and controls standard are being met and followed.
•Maintain system reliability and provide support for problem solution and new request.

Expected Level of Proficiency

Skills (desired)
•A technical person who is very good in own problem solving and able to speak layman words to users
•Previous experience in programming (would be a plus)
•Previous experience and coordination
•Previous experience in Change Management Process
Skills (must have)
•Very good communication skills
•Willingness to learn and collaborate
•Good coordination and prioritization
•Good Problem solving skills
•Ability to multi-task and manage workload under time pressure and changing priorities
