Job Role Summary

Application Support Analyst. Provides support to production applications including their infrastructure (servers, database, network). Resolve incidents that impacts application service that business users depend on.  Application development may be required for in house solutions.
Expertise across technical areas while maintaining proficiency in key technical skills. Delivers quality products and services in alignment with company strategic objectives.

Job Role Responsibilities

Ensure that all applications run smoothly and all customer inquiries are properly addressed.

Expected Level of Proficiency

• ASP Classic, .NET, PowerBuilder, C++,C# , AngularJS
• Oracle mainly ,  SQL Server and MS Access
• Webservices,  Mulesoft
• Windows, Linux, Unix servers
