Come be part of the Product Solutions Department of ExxonMobil Business Support Center Brasil Ltda. at our Global Business Center (GBC) in Curitiba, with more than 21 years of presence in the country and a workforce of ~1800 employees, that provides support to an extensive portfolio of businesses across the globe. Our offices are located in Brazil, USA, Europe and Asia.

What role you will play in our team

Supply chain is the core of ExxonMobil, a combination of competitive advantages leveraged through our industry leading innovations that advance modern living and a net-zero future. Forging deep relationships with large customers, business partners and other stakeholders. 
We operate safe, competitive, sustainable and digitally connected  with Chemical, Fuels & Lubes value chains. 

As an ExxonMobil Supply Chain Professional, you will be part of our Global Business Center (GBC) in Curitiba and the key interface with our Customers and third party service providers located in the Americas. You will contribute to our  end-to-end processes, ensuring smooth and compliant services execution according to ExxonMobil Policies.

What you will do

  • Own order-to-cash activities, handling customer and material set-up, order placement and monitoring through delivery to customers and manage account receivables processes.
  • Coordinate and solve issues related to product availability and work on replenishment of terminals and warehouses in the Americas
  • Be responsible for logistics arrangements for truck and marine orders and maintain excellent supplier’s relationship, ensuring specific requirements to which ExxonMobil has agreed are known by the appropriate interfaces and manage the invoices processing for third party payments.
  • Maintain streamlined system and processes for sales data entry and manage customer’s agreements

About you

Skills and Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree level - Business Administration,  International Relations, Logistics, Engineering and other related courses
  • + 2 years prior experience in Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics operations or Customer Experience 
  • Strategic and analytical mindset 
  • Proactive, team player and independent professional
  • Facility to solve complex situation
  • Time management skill: set priorities and be deadline-oriented
  • Ability to work effectively with multiple areas and global diverse teams
  • Desirable knowledge in SAP and Microsoft Office Tools (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point)
  • Advanced English level is mandatory - written and spoken communication
  • Spanish is desirable - written and spoken communication
