What role you will play in our team
In our team, a Senior Full Stack Developer plays a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that supports Routine Maintenance activities for refineries and chemical plants. Therefore, advanced knowledge and technical experiences with many technologies is required. This is an opportunity to partner up with other IT teams and be part of new software products development.
What you will do
1) Software Development and Maintenance:
- Collaborate on designing, developing, and maintaining web and mobile applications.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance
2) Sprint Goal Achievement:
- Work closely with the delivery team to meet sprint objectives.
- Prioritize tasks and contribute to timely project delivery
3)Technical Guidance:
- Mentor fellow developers, emphasizing code standards and best practices.
- Advocate for clean, efficient code
4) Business Solutions:
- Assist developers in implementing effective solutions to address business requirements.
About you
We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Developer with +5 years of experience with excellent communication skills, ability to mentor others, growth-mindset and passion for the principles of good software design. Technical Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proficiency in the following programming languages and frameworks: .NET, React, React Native, AngularJS.
- Experience with Azure and/or AWS.
- Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, security and best practices.
- Full understanding of all phases of the software development lifecycle (define, design, develop, test, deploy, and operate).
- Fluent English.
