Siebel CRM Analyst/Developer

Job Role Summary
  • Work with a Global team to provide support for Siebel CRM application;
  • Interact with business to address application Incidents, as well as potential enhancements and downloads for system migration;
  • Be part of Agile team, willing to share knowledge and support other team members.
Job Role Responsibilities

•Use Siebel CRM tools for Coding / scripting work and configuration changes
•Provide system support troubleshooting, advice, consultancy services to users
•Deliver change/ fix per request to user through change management process
•Coordinate with related parties to solve issues

Expected Level of Proficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferably)
•Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Siebel CRM covering pricing (quote/agreement), Sales (customer master), order, integration with SAP
•Siebel developer skills
•Oracle Database and SQL command
•Fluent English
•Analytical skills, collaboration, communicates effectively, makes sound decisions and shows initiative
