Job Role Summary



Job Role Responsibilities

Coaches team on Agile roles, behaviors, and team dynamics (i.e. teaming).
Facilitates ceremonies and other team level collaboration, workshops, and exercises as needed
Protects the team from break-ins and interruptions not in scope for the sprint
Works with team on continuous improvement, cycle time reduction, and maximizing the flow of value.
Removes impediments and mitigates risks for the delivery team.
Encourages the team to self-organize, swarm, and improve their autonomy
Encourages the adoption of Lean, Agile, DevOps, and technical practices (e.g. pairing, test-driven development, automated testing)
Encourages the team to establish and meet quality standards
Encourages team to make and meet execution commitments as a team and not as individuals
Helps teams track progress toward goals and objectives
Encourages team to keep the status of all work up to date in order to generate metrics to improve team performance
