Job Role Summary


Work with business and technical teams to provide L3 Technical Support for SAP HANA.

Job Role Responsibilities


○ HANA Expertise
  ○ Experience in Applications support
  ○ Collaboration across organization
  ○ Knowledge of applications integration, Basis, security and relational databases (MS SQL)
  ○ L3 Escalation point of contact for L1 and L2 teams for issues in production and work with vendor
  ○ Coordination role to assist with change management  activities (define testing plan, involved in software upgrades)
  ○ Understand emerging technologies
  ○ Strong problem resolution skills
  ○ Strong customer focus


Expected Level of Proficiency


○ Analytical skills to investigate and troubleshoot issues
  ○ SAP HANA modeling (optional)
  ○ Infrastructure background (servers, SQL data bases, storages, Clusters)
  ○ Strong Communication (Vendor, stakeholders (project/business), support teams)
  ○ Experience or willing to learn SAP Hana to provide Technical support
  ○ Ensure solution compliance to solution design, best practices, technical architecture, design standards, technology roadmaps and business requirements
                ○ Developer skills (Phyton, SQL)
                ○ Visualization (Tableau)
