In this opportunity, we are looking for an IT-APPS-SPE (SAP Platform Enablement) C2L Controls Compliance & Licensing Product Team is responsible for the SAP licensing, vulnerability assessment, audit, access reviews and controls activities, ensuring operational and regulatory compliance.

Job Role Responsibilities

Responsible for the SAP licensing, vulnerability assessment, audit, access reviews and controls activities, ensuring operational and regulatory compliance.

Expected Level of Proficiency

• Technical Security knowledge – background on SAP Security Authorization Objects and change management process
• SAP Licensing – contribute to licensing optimization, generate the license report for the SAP audit cycle
• Vulnerability assessment – coordinate with SPE teams on the completion of all the vulnerability items that are flagged by Projects and the Software Security group
• Cyber Security – focal point of contact within SPE to coordinate any related activities and provide guidance as needed
• Audit/UIA – coordinate with SPE and other EMIT teams to provide evidence to audit requests. Focal point of contact between auditors and SPE in order to accomplish all the activities during audit/UIA cycles
• Compliance monitoring – monitor SPE systems/processes and steward the required remediation to ensure compliance with the Company standards
• Conduct SPE Annual Access Reviews – coordinate and conduct the access reviews within the SPE teams to ensure access is appropriately assigned and in compliance
• ITPA – basic technical knowledge on the tool in order to provide guidance on the SPE Safe design being the focal point of contact for any related matters
• ID Alignment – perform the analysis in order to align SAP Ids across the landscape to address access issues
• Automation – development of automated solutions for the activities in scope of the team
