What role you will play in our team
We are seeking a talented and motivated Lead Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with an emphasis on the following technologies: React, .NET, SQL Server, AWS/Azure, and DevOps tools like Github, Github Actions, and Pull Requests. Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, is also required.

Our offices are located in Brazil, USA, Europe and Asia.
What you will do
- Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software.
- Work closely with the product owner and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop applications using React and .NET.
- Manage databases using SQL Server.
- Utilize cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure for scalable solutions.
- Implement DevOps practices using tools like Github, Github Actions, and manage code through Pull Requests.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies as a mentor to other devs and ensure Agile principles are adhered to by the team, supported by a Scrum Master.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices are followed.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a Lead Developer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of React, .NET, SQL Server, AWS/Azure.
- Experience with DevOps tools, particularly Github and Github Actions.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Fluent English.
