IT Applications Support Analyst

Job Role Summary

 

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to resolve/document service tickets in a timely manner (according to the service level agreement) and help upgrade/enhance in-house and vendor applications.

Responsibilities

 

- Work with experienced team members, in order to troubleshoot application issues, upgrade existing software, identifying ideas to improve system performance and impact availability
- Identifying/proposing fixes and automation opportunities
- Integrate software components and third-party programs. Independently install, customize and integrate commercial software packages
-  Developing/updating documentation (System and user)

Proficiencies

 

Application Server: WebLogic 12c and/or IIS 7+
- Able to deploy endpoints, troubleshoot application errors, apply patches.

Database: Oracle and/or SQL Server
- Understand database modeling and capable to create SQL queries based on it.
- Troubleshooting skills

C#
 - Understand how to work with APIs (Calling and interfacing with web services)
