Job role summary and description

In this opportunity, we are looking for a Device Solutions Engineer, who will provide operational support, technical issues resolution & consultation of the IT Infrastructure operations.


  • Provide solutions for client devices (core software and hardware), focusing on SCCM/MECM infrastructure
  • Engineer, design, develop, and test solutions for desktop environment
  • Act as change coordinator, responsible to plan, create, test and steward changes up to implementation
  • Participate in projects
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure practices
  • Develop and maintain Security & Controls
  • Care for the performance of the environment by testing and measuring performance impacts of new releases
  • Keep the OS and core software updated by applying patches whenever deemed necessary
  • Provide support to Technical Support groups



  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Minimum 3+ year's experience required
  • Technical knowledge & demonstrated expertise in the major functions and features of software and hardware infrastructure
  • Analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Microsoft SCCM/MECM expertise (must have)
  • Windows OS and Office Package
  • Knowledge and skill sets to install, configure, maintain and support networks
  • Network Services knowledge (AD, DNS, GPO, DHCP…)
  • Scripting (PowerShell)
  • Desktop Security
  • Laptop/Desktop support
  • Effective communication and pair-based teamwork
  • Ability to maintain flexibility and patience with team members and customers
  • Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes
  • Teamwork Self-motivated, Customer focus, Adaptability to change, Time management
  • Flexibility in schedule for working with global team
