Change Management Advisor

Job Role Summary

Conducts change impact assessment, develops stakeholder engagement plans, and determine communication and training needs.  Engage with Product Owners to create and execute change management plans.  Support product owners and stakeholders in business/site engagements.  Support portfolio activities such as stewardship, replication playbooks, training materials, benefit capture processes, and enhancement release strategy.  Establishes feedback loop and processes to ensure we have ongoing value capture through solution adoption (e.g. surveys, tool adoption)

 

Job Role Responsibilities

Strategy
• Develops change strategy based on initial change plan
• Conducts change impact assessments
• Develops stakeholder engagement plan
• Determines communication and training needs
• Identifies tools and templates needed for managing the change
• Supports Change Management Manager in establishing sustainment process

Training
• Develops detailed training needs analysis and training plan
• Develops training curriculum
• Coordinates development of training content
• Reviews training deliverables

Marketing & Communications
• Develops detailed marketing and communication plan
• Determines marketing and communication deliverable channels
• Coordinates with vendors to develop marketing and communication deliverables
• Note:  In collaboration with the Marketing & Communications Advisor

Expected Level of Proficiency

• Creativity, good listener, analytical, detail-oriented, multi-tasker, initiative (self-starter), team player. 
• A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; experience with Prosci ADKAR® Model is a plus
• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
• Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal

• Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations

• Prosci Change management certification desired
