Job Role Summary


Critical skills needed:
• Ability to work effectively with business clients and IT staff (internal and external)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) - aside from communicating clearly, must be able to discern when/how to discuss Digital Marketing topics; position requires daily communication the Business and other IT support groups
• Ability to quickly learn and understand business processes
• Analyze and transform Digital Marketing tactical executions into improved strategic solutions
• Documenting and tracking status of client inquiries
• Good understanding of IT components associated with websites
• Able to translate business requirements into technical terms for Dev team.
• Situation management and coordination skills
• Time management skills
• Self-starter and self-motivated

Job Role Responsibilities

General Responsibilities: Provide technical support and consultation for Digital Marketing technologies and Business processes, for ExxonMobil business lines, partnering internal IT groups, and external vendors.

Expected Level of Proficiency


Preferred knowledge:
• Understanding of Digital Marketing components, such as Google Analytics and Tag Manager, Digizuite, Kapost, CMS system (i.e. Sitecore)
• Understanding of IT operational support groups and their role per component (servers, network, DNS, etc.)
