Agile Coach who will globally influence and support an IT organization of over 1500 people on sustaining Agile ways of working to enable fast delivery of valuable products and services by championing a culture of learning, adapting, and delivering work with team and product focus leveraging Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Lean methodology and Agility metrics. The coach will become well versed on that organization, building connections and rapport to influence at different levels, with potential to become Sr. Coach with large scope of exposure and influence.

Job Role Responsibilities

• Work with teams and leadership to understand their needs, problems, and wants
    • Devise strategies with key Agile leadership roles and Management to help transform teams to Agile or enhance Agile team's performance
    • Train teams and individuals in key Agile roles on Agile concepts and principles
    • Develop coaching expertise within key Agile roles (Scrum Masters, RTEs, etc.)
    • Help the teams, programs and portfolios establish and sustain tooling to manage and track work and improvements
    • Support teams through Agile transformation, with focus on sustainment
    • Support/co-lead key team and program events (PI, Big Room Planning) to enable self-managing teams
    • Help develop stewardship and tune metrics to make value deliver visible to management and business stakeholder

Expected Level of Proficiency

• 3+ years of experience as Agile Coach in large organizations
• Fluent English (written and verbal)
• Certifications, such as: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified SAFe Agilist
• Effective communication across different audiences (written & verbal)
• Team oriented personality, interdependent with positive attitude
• Analytical and creative 
• Customer oriented
• Experience as a trainer
• Experience working with large global teams and/or in key Agile roles: PO, PM, SM, RTE
• Knowledge of and experience utilizing Agile in projects
• Knowledge of how to plan and estimate under Agile principles (user stories, requirements gathering, prioritization, metrics)
• Knowledge of and experience in Agile implementation/transformation
• Knowledge of User Stories and Requirements Gathering
• Knowledge of or experience in DevOps teams (automated testing, CI/CD, etc.)
