Job Role Summary

We are looking a Loyalty Marketing Advisor

Job Role Responsibilities

• Program strategy & roadmap
• KPIs proving loyalty penetration, volume lift and user/site penetration
• Insights into program performance
• Effective marketing plan (open and targeted offers; integration with other programs / partners, etc.)
• 1 YSMP / offer budget / economics
• Base value proposition and loyalty lifecycle marketing offers
• Competitive benchmarking | industry expertise | consumer and BW loyalty program satisfaction metrics
• Optimized communication channels (email, website, app, social, DM)
• Effective handoff to business operations and marcom teams

Expected Level of Proficiency

•3-10 years of experience in similar positions
•Fluent in english
•Strategic thinking for offer design, program initiatives, email management, etc.
•Strong analytical skills and ability to draw insights / build business case
•Management of relationships with other marketing programs
•Ability to identify specific audiences / targets and understanding their needs
•Ability to manage multiple timelines (prompt responses / approvals)
•Understanding of the retail and commercial gas industry
•Strong communications | presentation | leadership skills
•B2C marketing expertise preferred
