Job Role Summary

We are currently looking for supply chain planners to join our new organization in Buenos Aires! 

In the Lubes Operations organization we obsess over the customer and brand experience, looking to deliver an unrivaled customer experience and maximize earnings. From the Supply and Demand organization we have a unique opportunity to push towards this goal.

Job Role Responsibilities

• Accountable for supply chain plans, including demand plans, inventory builds, capacity constraints and production requirements

• Action product shortages to advise distributors/customers for product availability

• Collaboration with other supply and manufacturing teams to update / confirm relevant systems when products are added/subtracted and reformulated. Also support runout activities.

• Analyze network data to optimize sourcing by minimizing cost and satisfying customer demand.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Experiences

• College Degree (Preferred: Industrial Engineer; Secondary Preference: Business, or Other Engineering degree)
• Fluent in English
• Demonstrate sound business judgment, decision making skills, and customer focus.
• Ability to handle a high volume of work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work load.
• Strong data analysis skills.

 Desired skills:
• Understanding of overall network strategy, supply/demand balance, and plant operating constraints.
• Ability to drive functional excellence through a willingness to aggressively pursue new and creative approaches to resolve problems.
• Interface effectively with other functions, collaborative
• APICS CPIM Certification.
• SAP Knowledge.
• Microsoft Excel. Ability to build and execute queries, databases, and spreadsheet
• Proactive and interested in digitizing and automating manual tasks.
