Job Role Responsibilities

  • Responsible for conducting sales operational tasks to enable sales organization to achieve revenue goals and meet customer commitments
  • Performs analysis and reports utilized by sales organization to influence performance of distributors, other channel partners and direct accounts

 

SCOPE

  • Develop reports to measuring customers/distributors’ volume and margin to enable sales to influence performance
  • Update and maintain databases with input from field engineers, develop processes to enhance knowledge sharing
  • Prepare proof of performance and annual business reports for sales engineers.
  • Ensure data input accuracy for compliance programs & follow up on completion
  • Assist in documentation gathering during audits.

  • Effective collaboration across teams

  • Analytical and process improvement skills
  • Ability to interface, connect and build trust virtually
  • Outcome-focused mindset
  • BS degree in business, close to graduation or recent graduates are acceptable
  • Strong English skills required
  • Computer/systems skills:  Microsoft Office, Excel, Salesforce (optional), Tableau (optional)
