Job Role Responsibilities

 

  • Support development and roll out of additional functionalities of our CRM system (Salesforce.com) and leverage system capabilities to support growth projects.
     
  • Maintain CRM through enhancement cases, data accuracy, issue resolution, creation of reports and dashboards.
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of portfolio reporting and metrics, including pipeline, backlog, and active project data.
  • Lead a network of power users, train commercial teams on system usage, behaviors and best practices.
  • Manage users and data within Salesforce.
  • Partner proactively with key partners to prioritize, plan, communicate and align on the delivery of strategic initiatives, driving accountability across cross-functional teams while maintaining positive relationships.
  • Update Executive Leadership Team and other senior business leaders on progress being made toward business outcomes, from a roadmap and KPI/metric perspective.
  • Develop trusted relationships with business and technology partners to help develop portfolio strategies and action plans that enable customer and business success.
  • Identify root causes, develop project business case, gain partner alignment; recommend prioritization of solutions for your assigned projects.
  • Develop, track and report on project achievements and tasks with assigned teams and lead and influence cross-functional project members to ensure timely project execution.
  • Use data insights to propose project execution strategy and measure results.
  • Learning new skills and techniques, and how to apply within existing and/or new parts of the organization.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Experiences

 

  • Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration Degree.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com is a must, Salesforce certification desired.
  • Proven experience in working with large amount of data.
  • Ability to drive work independently, identifying solutions and moving them to implementation.
  • Strong ability to make decisions and drive outcomes.
  • Familiarity with databases and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Experience in AGILE methodology.
  • Excellent collaboration and presentation skills.
  • Experience in working on a multicultural / virtual environment.
  • Proficient English communication skills.
  • Project management experience.
  • Strong business acumen and familiarity with broad range of business processes beyond those impacted by the project.
