Job Role Summary

Customer (Branded Wholesaler-BW) and vendor facing role responsible to keep, execute and support key activities to keep ExxonMobil’s payment and loyalty site-level technology, relevant, competitive, efficient, and harmonized across Exxon, Esso, and Mobil branded service stations in North America
 

Job Role Responsibilities

  • Ensure and Support BW satisfaction with EM’s site-level technology with a balance of proactive and reactive actions.
  • Continuous improvement of the site-level technology implementation and support processes; focus on prevention of issues that may impact BW’s ability to execute EM brand promise and value proposition.
  • Lead and/or participate in BW councils as a means to directly collect voice of the customer (BW) feedback, prioritize, and drive ongoing BW engagement with EM’s site level technology.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with strategic and emerging Branded Wholesalers.
  • Proactively generate customer, industry, and competitive insights relevant to site level technology based on voice of the customer, voice of the consumer, and research.
  • Anticipate and address customer technology integration opportunities or issues.
  • Be an ambassador and drive adoption of ExxonMobil’s payment and loyalty platform.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with IT contacts at strategic and emerging BWs.
  • Responsible for clear, timely, and thorough BW communications.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing, EMIT, and PLSO (Payment & Loyalty Solutions and Operations) on site level technology opportunities and broader strategic and/or systemic issues.
  • For assigned portfolio of POS (Point of Sales) vendors:
  • Drive alignment on ExxonMobil strategic site-level roadmap.
  • Responsible for commercial vendor management activities including contract, escalations, top-to-top discussions, oversight for vendor performance.
  • Ensure effective collaboration with EMIT Product Owners for operational, day to day activities.

Expected Level of Proficiency

  • 10 years of  experience
  • % of site level compliance with technology standards
  • Revenue from POS group buy programs
  • Execution of POS vendor management framework
  • Good business judgement and strong communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to work remotely in a "virtual team", work independently
  • Advanced English level required
