Job Role Summary
Job Role Responsibilities
- Support the Product Management and Integrity System (ProMIS) enabling the central management of lubricant product formulations, raw material specifications, performance claims.
- Ensure accurate, effective, and timely updates into ProMIS system:
- Formulation Introductions and Changes (product, raw material and formulation updates): Requires potential interface with EMRE Products Technology Development, Products Technology Deployment / BSA Technical, MBU Technical, Procurement, Operations and Suppliers.
- Performance & Quality claims: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Brand Approval process and product performance and testing requirements for specific lines of business
- Product Stewardship: Maintain Link with Product Stewardship team on key ProMIS interfaces, including coordination of MSDS reviews & updates required for ProMIS product & formulation changes.
- Raw Materials Specifications & Variations: Interface with EMRE Products Technology Development, Products Technology Deployment, Technical, Procurement and Suppliers to manage component introductions and changes, as well as quality variation issues.
- Support Claims management / Claims Review: Maintain centralized product performance claim documentation
- Conduct ECR (Engineering Change Record) Analysis and planning
- Ensure all activities conform to the expectations set forth in the BPIMS Framework
- Conduct regulatory compliance management and case resolution
- Identify opportunities for ECR sequencing, process/system improvement opportunities
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Experiences
- 5+ years of experience
- Data management information systems, ProMIS, process management skills
- Good business judgment and strong communications skills
- Strong initiative, change management and multi-tasking skills
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to work remotely in a “virtual team”; work independently
- Advanced English level required
