ExxonMobil at our Global Business Center (GBC) in Buenos Aires, with more than 18 years of presence in the country and a workforce of more than 2800 employees, that provides support to an extensive portfolio of businesses across the globe.  Our offices are located at Catalinas and Puerto Madero areas.

Job Role Summary

 

As a Field Implementation Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that service stations meet brand image standards during new-to-industry (NTI) launches, site conversions from other fuel brands, and site brand maintenance projects. You will act as the primary liaison between marketing, project management, field teams, and third-party contractors to ensure consistent, high-quality execution of site-level branding and image programs.

Job Role Responsibilities

What you will do

  • Virtually coordinate and oversee the implementation of brand image standards at service stations across various project types (NTI, conversions, D&R) for US or Canada.
  • Conduct site readiness assessments and post-installation reviews to ensure compliance with corporate visual identity guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to align construction timelines with marketing program requirements.
  • Maintain and update a centralized database with project-specific metrics, including equipment, contractors, and compliance status.
  • Deliver training and support to Branded Wholesalers, dealers, and installers on image standards and implementation best practices.
  • Monitor KPIs and generate reports to track rollout progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Escalate unresolved site issues and propose process enhancements based on field learnings.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Experiences

We are looking for someone who has the following qualifications:

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: +2 or 3 years in retail or field marketing coordination, site-level project support, or stakeholder engagement within branded environments such as service stations, dealerships, or franchise networks.
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to interpret and enforce brand guidelines in physical environments.
  • Proficiency in using project tracking tools and databases.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.

 

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience

  • Experience in retail fuel marketing, service station operations, or brand implementation.
  • Familiarity with construction or site development processes.
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising or environmental branding.
  • Experience working with Branded Wholesalers, dealers, or franchise networks.
  • Background in marketing operations, field marketing, or project management.
