What role you will play in our team

 

We are looking for a Marketing Advisor who will be responsible for executing  integrated marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends and customer insights, managing relationships with creative and media agencies and ensuring adherence to brand standards.

What you will do

 

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform campaign strategies.
  • Manage relationships with external creative and media agencies to ensure successful execution of campaigns.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure successful implementation of brand plans.
  • Develop and manage budget for campaigns, track performance against goals, and provide ongoing reporting and analysis of campaign results.
  • Monitor competitor activity and adjust promotional plans accordingly.
  • Understand trade dynamics and propose tactics to address priorities and opportunities.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure campaigns remain relevant and effective.
  • Work with the brand managers to develop brand strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
  • Manage the development of all creative assets for campaigns, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and for internal marcom process adherence.

  • Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze data, understand trends, and identify potential opportunities. Marketing KPIs understanding for insights generation.
  • Creative Thinking: The ability to come up with innovative ideas and solutions for marketing challenges.
  • Digital Marketing: The ability to develop, execute, and measure successful digital marketing campaigns. Website development understanding. Proficient in digital marketing vocabulary.
  • Understand fundamentals of digital marketing best practices.
  • Demonstrate detailed knowledge of target audience, their digital interactions across their entire journey.

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree (in marketing, communications, digital marketing or related field with marketing experience).
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
