What you will do

 

  • Lead and execute investigations into performance concerns, policy violations, and conflict resolution, ensuring objectivity and compliance.
  • Generate, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for staffing and development strategies.
  • Administer global HR processes (Performance, Staffing, Succession Planning) in HRIS systems with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Advise leaders and managers on discipline, performance conversations, and team conflict management.
  • Implement standardized programs and policies, driving process simplification and leveraging technology for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Compensation, Analytics) to ensure consistency and alignment in HR practices.
  • Monitor key metrics and recommend improvements to enhance employee experience and organizational performance.

About you

 

  • Advanced English (written and spoken).
  • University degree with a focus on HR/Business/Management, or relevant experience in Human Resources (Graduating in 2026 or recently graduated)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with HR data reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel advanced).
  • Knowledge of HR processes: Employee Relations, Staffing, Performance Management, Succession Planning.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors).
  • High attention to detail and compliance with data privacy standards. 
  • Strong people leadership skills with a focus on coaching, developing, and motivating diverse teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to act in an impartial way, able to focus on a big picture and link back activities to corporate policies and principles.
  • Able to act with care in a compassionate way.
