We are looking for an experienced Digital Technical Analyst to join our in-house creative team in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

What role you will play in our team
We are looking for a Digital Technical Analyst who will oversee the organization, storage, retrieval, distribution, and optimization of digital assets. They will also be responsible for IT systems administration for software that is used by the communications department. We are constantly looking for opportunities to share more about the work we do in unique, creative ways, and this role will play a critical part in this effort.
What you will do
- Intake, categorize, clean up images as needed for internet and intranet website content
- Identify and edit visuals for digital channels (websites, video, etc.)
- Grant/remove access for employees and partners for web space, newsletters, analytics, etc.
- Maintain information systems risk assessments and access reviews
- Work with all lines of business to ensure appropriate digital image governance is created and maintained
- Recategorize and update meta data for all images moving to new digital asset software
- Testing application integrations with 3rd party vendors
- Test new IT application/systems functionality and recommend how to use throughout the corporation
- Configuration work (data, set up, send, report out) to create multiple, regular corporate newsletters
- Understand system, web site, newsletter analytics and assist with reporting to upper management
About You
We are looking for someone with a passion for storytelling, management of information/digital systems, and collaboration. They will be professional with excellent organizational skills and a track record for delivering results to support multiple projects in a rapidly evolving environment. You have:
- Familiarity and interest in issues related to energy, economics, the environment, sustainability, corporate citizenship and government relations
- Strong expertise working with IT systems, analytics, visual elements and graphics
- Bachelor’s Degree (in communications, digital marketing, journalism, advertising, or related field preferred)
- Concentration in management of IT systems associated with communications and digital assets
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience, including IT system administration, content creation, editing, integrated communications, or related areas
- Experience designing and working across platforms (Sitecore, Workvivo, Digital Asset Managers, SharePoint, Salesforce, etc).
- Familiarity with IT data and analytics systems and dashboard set up in tools like Google Analytics, Similarweb
Preferred Qualifications/ Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree (in communications, digital marketing, journalism, advertising, or related field preferred)
