About Houston
ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

What role you will play in our team
We are looking for a Digital Content Publisher who will be responsible for designing and publishing content across our internal and external communications channels. We are constantly looking for opportunities to share more about the work we do in unique, creative ways, and this role will play a critical part in this effort.
What you will do
- Create and publish digital content for internal and external channels (intranet and internet websites, digital signs, email and other digital channels, as needed), including visuals, graphics, and interactive web content
- Own the layout and design of web pages with visual and interactive elements to enhance user experience and engagement
- Edit copy as needed to increase engagement
- Use data and feedback to refine content approaches and increase user engagement
- Collaborate with content writers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure web pages have the necessary content and align with content governance (AP Style, EM Brand, UX consistency, Accessibility, Data Privacy, etc.)
- Assist with gathering and reporting web analytics as needed
- Assist with search planning and strategy as needed.
About you
We are looking for someone with a passion for storytelling, AP-style writing and collaboration. They will be professional with excellent organizational skills and a track record for delivering results to support multiple projects in a rapidly evolving environment. You have:
- Familiarity and interest in issues related to energy, economics, the environment, sustainability, corporate citizenship and government relations
- Strong layout and design skills and expertise working with site components and interactive visual elements and graphics
- Writing and editing skills
- Storytelling and expertise with holistic user experience / user journey
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (in communications, digital marketing, journalism, advertising, or related field) preferred
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience, including content creation, editing, integrated communications, or related areas
- Experience designing and publishing across platforms (Sitecore, Workvivo, SharePoint, Salesforce)
