We are currently looking for component planners to join our new organization in Buenos Aires!

 

In the Lubes Operations organization we obsess over the customer and brand experience, looking to deliver an unrivaled customer experience and maximize earnings. From the Supply and Demand organization we have a unique opportunity to push towards this goal.

What role you will play in our team

 

You will ensure component supply is met when and where it is needed to enable production.

 

What you will do

 

  • Accountable for raw material safety and cycle stock parameters
  • Accountable for raw material strategy changes and local site coordination for raw material introductions for new products/formulations
  • Accountable for tactical coordination/trouble shooting with suppliers/sites for supply impacts/challenges
  • Responsible for PO generation for raw materials and coordinating schedule for product receipt/offload

About you

Skills and Qualifications 

 

• Demonstrate sound business judgment, decision making skills, and customer focus.

• Understanding of overall network strategy, supply/demand balance, and plant operating constraints.

• Ability to drive functional excellence through a willingness to aggressively pursue new and creative approaches to resolve problems.

• Ability to handle a high volume of work in a fast paced environment.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work load.

• Interface effectively with other functions, collaborative
