Job Role Responsibilities


  • Assist Lubricants Sales/Marketing/Operations Senior Manager and collaborate with his/her core team by:
    • Developing and updating business key performance indicators, metrics, business priorities, monthly highlights, scorecards, customer presentations.
    • Preparing and updating presentations for management reviews.
    • Supporting agenda, content development and/or facilitation of Leadership Team meetings including meeting follow-ups.
    • Leading development of functional employee touchpoints. This includes developing the yearly event plan, the respective agenda, content and logistic coordination for different types of employee forums.
    • Developing materials of a non- financial nature for speaking engagements.
    • Supporting stewardship and reporting processes.
  • Drive customer/market/product profitability assessment and insight analysis by:
    • Performing customer segmentation process.
    • Identifying improvement opportunities and executing action implementation plan.
    • Communicating with Sales/Marketing regarding potential business insights and impacts across the Business Unit.
  • Seek opportunities for continued improvement in processes, data management and interactions to drive efficiency and effectiveness for the team.
  • Analytics Power User: primary interface to Digital organization representing business needs to secure new developments and improvements.
  • Other potential additional responsibilities as assigned:
    • Lead Operational Excellence in the region: be the key touchpoint for Safety and Controls.
    • Lead/Participate in Controls-related activities: Records Management Guidelines, Trade Associations, Cybersecurity.
    • Inter-affiliate transactions and transfer pricing model, as Business Unit relevant.
    • Support/Development of P&B and Forecasts, as needed by the Business Unit.
    • Project management for new market entry.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Experiences


  • Shows initiative and can influence without authority.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions in a multi-cultural global environment.
  • Strong analytical capability, market analysis, business acumen.
  • Systems: Salesforce, Tableau, Customer/Product Whale Curve Data models, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
  • 15+ yrs. of experience desired in the Lubricants / Downstream / Car Manufacturing business.
  • Language: Advanced English or Bilingual.
  • Background: Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineering.
