WHAT YOU WILL DO

 

As Upstream LNG Analyst you will:


•    Become a member of Budapest Upstream Volume and Invoice Management Team with the aim of maximizing the value of ExxonMobil’s Upstream portfolio
•    Build knowledge of Upstream commercial businesses, tools, processes and promote improvement opportunities
•    Provide process, administrative and analytical support through effective collaboration within ExxonMobil`s commercial function and with external parties
•    Manage purchase and sale LNG cargos, develop models and perform LNG energy calculation and verify delivered volumes
•    Perform monthly and ad-hoc LNG price calculations, prepare price notices to the long term customers
•    Identify, communicate and resolve contract, price or volume related issues
•    Interpret contract language, terms and conditions into administrative actions and manage corresponding documentation in a timely manner
•    Contribute to functional contract reviews, monitor and support compliance with due contractual obligations
•    Coordinate contract setups and participate in system testing
•    Raise process harmonization and / or improvement initiatives. Participates or/and leads projects when assigned
•    Manage purchase requisition, settlement, invoicing and back office activities
•    Advance and assist in the development and implementation of Commercial digital projects, system enhancements
•    Provide ongoing support to the Supply Planning, Trading and Controllers, work closely with Asia Pacific region.

 

ABOUT YOU: SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

 

•    Ongoing or completed Bachelor/Master`s degree (Business Economics, Accounting is a plus)
•    2-5 years relevant work experience
•    Fluent level of English is required
•    Attention to accuracy and details, commitment to high standards and ability to meet priorities and deadlines
•    Strong analytical and problem solving skills, ability to work in different systems, competency in Excel
•    Ability to influence others without authority and work in a team
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to interface across Upstream / other functions
•    Willingness to take self-initiative and seek challenges
•    Ability to work full-time (40 hrs/week) and cover weekend on-calls (once/twice a month)
•    Interest in long term career opportunities
