Upstream Commercial Administrator

This administrative, entry-level position allows you to embed yourself in the Upstream business. You will receive an overview of the business itself, and support your team via data handling, expense reporting, or work time administration activities.

Your role in the team

•    Support your team’s activities through data handling and data quality check activities
•    Provide assistance to other teams’ expense reporting and time writing activities
•    Manage electronic documentation of the relevant departments as appropriate
•    Handle seat assignments and accommodation location for Kearl Travel Services
•    Build knowledge of the tools and processes used by Upstream
•    Identify and raise further development opportunities and process improvements

 

We are looking for individuals with

•          Graduate/ high school education
•           Interest in learning our business, systems, and processes
•           Computing skills required for the job (intermediate PC user, MS Office, enterprise software)
•          Interest in a long term career 
•           Fluency in English
•           Ability to communicate effectively both within the team and with our business partners
•           Strong teamwork and problem solving skills
•           A balance between attention to details and timely execution
•           Willingness to take initiative and seek challenges
•           Ability to work full-time (40 hrs/week)
