As a Treasurer’s Cash Management Professional

What will your role be in the team
• Work closely with our business teams with the goal to maximize the value of ExxonMobil’s diverse portfolio and identify further opportunities to grow the business 
• Configure and validate a key corporate financial system for cash management, learn and understand global financing and payment processes
• Maintain and trouble-shoot interface requirements, drive efficiency improvements and system enhancements
• Assist in creating/maintaining Dashboard tools for various management teams (using e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) 
• Collaborate with others to provide meaningful analytical reports to Business teams in partnership with colleagues around the world
• Participate in various site wide initiatives, including charity efforts, inclusion & diversity events, or networks to develop and grow your leadership skills
 

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week)
• Minimum of Bachelor / Master degree in Business Economics / Accounting or equivalent
• Knowledge and experience with cash management systems and related technical configuration skills is an advantage
• Relevant work experience is an advantage, but not required
• Strong analytical skills with passion for innovation and process transformation
• Interest in ongoing learning to grow your skills and capabilities to progress your career and expand our responsibilities
• Interest to develop knowledge in the digital and innovation space
• Written and verbal proficiency in English
• Interest in long term career opportunities
• Continuous Improvement mindset to develop, implement, and sustain best practices to ensure superior service delivery and accuracy
• Good communication and effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with others and work in teams, including colleagues around the globe
