What Role Will You Play In Our Team

 

ExxonMobil Budapest Trading Enablement team is seeking new candidates to its growing dynamic and diverse organization with the aim of maximizing the value of ExxonMobil’s Global Trading portfolio. 

As Trading Invoicing & Pricing Analyst you will become a member of a team of professionals supporting our front-office trading teams across our hubs. 
The job is fast paced, the team is working internationally, and you will be working for various Trading teams (Gas and Power, Crude, Product, Feedstock). 

What You Will Do

 

  • Monitor, verify, record, and reconcile volumetric/purchase transactions within own portfolio.
  • Perform complex price calculations and verifications before invoice creation and payable settlement.
  • Resolve price disputes by liaising with internal and external commercial contacts Identify, communicate, and resolve contract and price related issues.
  • Ensure timely and accurate sales invoicing within own portfolio.
  • Reconcile receivable or payable balances with counterparties and ensure timely settlement.
  • Monitor credit status of customers and provide input to business lines.
  • Interface with internal and external parties to ensure timely troubleshooting of vendor and customer inquiries.
  • Prepares / monitors external and internal reporting (e.g., commercial regulatory, contractual obligations, stewardship, statistical, governmental reporting) as required.
  • Work with business lines to understand business scenarios and facilitate new business scenario implementation.
  • Take initiative or lead smaller projects to enhance operations.
  • Proactively understand the products the company deals with to support the trading teams and improve procedures.

About You: Skills And Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor/master’s degree in business economics/Logistics/International Business Administration or equivalent
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interface across functions in a geographically diverse, multi-cultural and partly virtual organization
  • Excellent time management, well organized and structured
  • Ability to work independently, proactively and prioritize workload under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Advanced user of Excel, SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • 0-5 years relevant work experience
  • Process oriented with continuous improvement mindset Basic accounting knowledge (as an advantage)
