Refining and Supply Contract Administration department is looking for energized and intelligent candidates who enjoy a dynamic work environment with many challenges, and who want to position themselves for a long term career with a well-established international company.


A Refining & Supply Contract Administration Analyst will be responsible for providing commercial support covering end-to-end processing, issue resolution and process improvements for trades negotiated by traders located in Brussels. Individuals may be responsible for the activities of specific countries and hence knowledge of a second European language can be beneficial, but not mandatory.  Demonstrated performance will lead to opportunities for increasing responsibilities and more job complexities across the organization.


Specific responsibilities include:

  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of trades for a variety of refined products
  • Analyzing and solving price discrepancies
  • Responsibility for periodic business reporting
  • A key point of contact for international customers
  • Provides advice on products, prices and payments


  • Bachelor/Master degree (or pending degree with only the final exam outstanding) in Business Economics/Logistics/International Business Administration or equivalent
  • 3-5 years relevant work experience
  • Fluent level of English
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to accuracy and detail and ability to meet priorities and deadlines
  • Willingness to take self-initiative and seek challenges
  • Proficient with computer tools
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hrs/week)
